摘 要:丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)是哺乳动物细胞中重要的信号转导通路,细胞通过这一通路将细胞外信号传递到细胞内,从而调节细胞增殖、迁移、分化及凋亡等生理过程,以及创伤愈合等病理过程。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶-细胞外调节蛋白激酶(MAPK-ERK)通路是MAPK通路中近年来研究最为广泛的1条。通过信号通路水平调控MAPK-ERK通路的表达,其可能成为临床角膜创伤治疗的有效途径。本文对MAPK-ERK通路的结构和功能等特性,及其在角膜创伤愈合中起到的作用进行综述。Mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) cascade is one of the important signal transduction systems in organisms,by which signals are transmitted from the outside to the inside of ceils, mediating responding responses. MAPK signaling is involved in many pathophysiologieal processes such as cell growth, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, wound healing and inflammatory reactions. Extra cellular regulated protein kinase (ERK)signaling pathway is the most widely studied in all MAPK signal transduction systems. This article attempts to review the recent advances on the components of the ERK signaling pathway and the functional role of this pathway in corneal wound healing with a particular emphasis placed on ERK as a possible therapeutic target for corneal injury.
