摘 要:针对参考频率与振源信号频率不一致时自适应前馈式振动主动控制方法无法取得良好控制效果的问题,提出了一种交叉更新参考信号的方法。该方法将余弦、正弦信号分量通过交叉更新得到带有幅值和相位信息的初始信号,再经正交化处理来保证正弦、余弦信号幅值稳定且只含有相位的更新信息。结合传统的滤波-X最小均方(FXLMS)方法,通过带通滤波器,有效滤除了谐波成分的残余振动信号,从而形成了一种振动主动控制方法。仿真和试验结果表明,振动主动控制方法能够在获得的参考信号频率不准确的情况下,通过交叉更新参考信号将参考信号频率收敛到实际的振源信号频率,在无法获得准确的振源信号频率的条件下进行有效的振动主动控制。Adaptive feed forward active vibration control method is usually unable to achieve effective performance when the frequency of the reference signal is not consistent with the primary signal. A geometry relationship based method for cross-updating the reference signal is proposed in this paper. The initial value which contains the amplitude and phase information of the cosine and sine components is cross-updated. By orthogonalization, the amplitudes of the cosine and sine reference signals are fixed and only the phase is updated. Adopting the conventional narrowband filtered-X least mean square (FXLMS) algorithm, the other harmonic components from the residual error signal can be removed. The simulation and experiment validate that the estimated frequency of reference signal converges to the frequency of primary signal by cross-updating reference signal in the case of inaccurate frequency of the primary signal.
