虹膜拉钩在白内障伴晶状体半脱位超声乳化手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察虹膜拉钩在白内障伴晶状体半脱位超声乳化手术中的应用.方法:17例白内障伴晶状体半脱位患者行白内障超声乳化手术,术中使用虹膜拉钩固定晶状体前囊膜,植入3片式人工晶体.结果:患者术后1d、1周、1个月及3个月术眼裸眼视力分别为0.47±0.21、0.51±0.23、0.56±0.24、0.52±0.27,最佳矫正视力分别为0.53±0.23、0.56±0.21、0.57±0.31、0.57±0.29,术后3个月13例人工晶体位置居中.结论:虹膜拉钩在白内障伴晶状体半脱位超声乳化手术中的应用明显降低手术风险,值得推广应用.Aim：To observe the usage of iris hooks for phacoemulsification of subluxation lens in pa-tients with cataract.Methods：This study comprised 17 patients with subluxation lens and cataract.All patients were treated with phacoemulsification,and iris hooks were inserted to stabilize the anterior lens capsule.Intraocular lens were then placed in the capsule bags.Results：One day,one week,one month and three months after the operation,the naked visual acuity was 0.47 ±0.21、0.51 ±0.23、0.56 ± 0.24、0.52 ±0.27,and the best corrected visual acuity was 0.53 ±0.23、0.56 ±0.21、0.57 ±0.31、0.57 ±0.29.Intraocular lens were well centered in thirteen patients.Conclusion：Usage of iris hooks for subluxation lens in patients with cataract decreased the risk during phacoemulsification significantly.
