摘　　要：职业技能大赛成为职业教育的风向标,在职业教育界已达成了普遍的共识。它对职业院校的专业建设、实践教学资源建设、师资队伍建设和课程改革等方面产生了很好的导向和促进作用,体现了以赛促改、以赛促学、以赛促教的思想,极大地推动了高等职业教育技术技能型人才的培养,对职业教育的发展有着很好的推动和引领作用。The vocational skills contest has become an indicator of vocational education, and reached a general consensus among vocational educators. It plays a role of guidance and promotion in the specialty construction of vocational colleges, the construction of practice teaching resources, the teaching team construction and the curriculum reform and so on, reflecting the thoughts of promoting reform, learning and teaching through contests. It has greatly enhanced skilled technical talents cultivation and the development of higher vocational education.
