摘 要:目的观察钌多吡啶配合物[Ru(dmb)2(atatp)](Cl O4)2(简称Ru1)对小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法选择50只健康昆明种小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、阿托品模型组、低浓度Ru1+阿托品模型组、中浓度Ru1+阿托品模型组、高浓度Ru1+阿托品模型组,分别用等量的营养性半固体糊灌胃,观察3种不同浓度钌配合物Ru1对阿托品小鼠模型的胃排空和小肠推进率的影响。结果各浓度Ru1均对阿托品所致胃肠动力障碍小鼠的胃排空和小肠推进具有显著促进作用(P<0.05),中浓度组尤为明显。结论钌配合物Ru1能促进小鼠胃肠运动,提示可能与胆碱能M受体有关。Objective To explore ruthenium ( ii ) bipyridine complex [ Ru ( dmb ) 2 ( atatp ) ] ( C104 ) 2 ( re- ferred to as Rul ) effects on gastrointestinal movement in mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divid- ed into blank control group, atropine group, low ,medium and high concentration of ruthenium complexes Rul +atropine model group. Each group were tested with black semi solid nutrition cataplasm. Observe three dif- ferent concentration of ruthenium complexes Rul of atropine mice model of the influence of gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion rates. Results Each concentration Rul had significant promoting effect ( P〈 O. 05 ) on gastrointestinal disorders caused by atropine mice gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion, particularly concentration in the medium group. Conclusion Ruthenium complexes Rul can promote gastroin- testinal movement in mice,which may be associated with cholinergic M receptor.
