摘 要:目的分析在咀嚼过程中发生牙齿折裂的原因,探讨牙齿折裂后保存治疗方案的制定。方法自2010年5月至2013年11月,对我科接诊的230例牙齿折裂患者进行病例记录分析诊断和治疗,并跟踪随访,研究发生牙齿折裂的相关因素和保存治疗效果。结果牙齿折裂患者年龄28-65岁,高发年龄段是40-50岁。230例折裂牙发生的牙位,上颌第一磨牙82例(36.65%),上颌第一前磨牙60例(26.09%),上颌第二前磨牙20例(8.70%),下颌第一磨牙57例(24.78%),下颌第一前磨牙11例(4.78%)。结论牙齿折裂与年龄、牙齿结构和异常的咬合力有关,治疗方案和效果取决于折裂的部位和严重程度。Objective To analysis the reasons of tooth fractures in the mastication process and explore the formulation making of preservative treatment.Methods A total of 230 patients were selected in our department from May 2010 to Nov 2013,the records of diagnosis and treatment of patients were analyzed and follow up,to summarize the relative factors and the effects of preservative treatment for tooth fractures.Results The age of Patients with tooth fractures from 28-65 years old,The incidence of tooth fractures was highest in the 40~50years.Male patients are much more than female ones but no significant statistical differences.In 230 teeth,82teeth(36.65%)were maxillary first molar,60teeth(26.09%)were maxillary first premolar,20teeth(8.70%)were maxillary second premolar,57teeth(24.78%)were mandibular first molar,11teeth(4.78%)were mandibular first premolar, Most teeth fracture occurred mainly in maxillary first molar.Conclusion Tooth fracture is associated with age,tooth structure and abnormal occlusal force.The methods and effect of treatment depend on the site and severity of the tooth fracture.
