牙周病致错畸形正畸治疗中邻面去釉治疗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究牙周病致错畸形正畸治疗中邻面去釉治疗的效果。方法选择2013年1月∽2015年1月我院接诊的牙周病致错畸形正畸形18例患者进行研究。用随机数表法将其平均分为常规组、对照组各9名,对比分析其治疗效果。结果对照组的三角间隙相比于常规组明显改善;两组患者间及两组患者组内前后治疗牙槽骨高度变化无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论领面去釉在牙周病致错畸形正畸形治疗过程中的效果显著,能改善患者的三角间隙,并且对其保持和矫治没有产生不利影响。Objective To study the treatment of maxillofacial deglazing in periodontal disease with fault deformation and anomaly. Methods 18 cases of periodontal malocclusions orthodontics disease from January 2013 to January 2015 were studied. According to the method of random number table divided into routine group. Compared and analysed therapeutic effect. Results Triangular gap in the control group improved significantly compared to the conventional group; between the two groups of patients within before and after the treatment of alveolar bone height change had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Maxillofacial deglazing treatment to maxillofacial deglazing in periodontal disease can improve the patient＇s triangle gap, without adversely affecting the maintain and correction.
