摘  要:目的研究持续颅内压监测在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用。方法入选我院2013年1月∽2014年12月高血压脑出血患者110例,采用Codman颅内压监护仪,行脑室内颅内压监测,并予以降颅内压治疗。结果颅内压监测4∽15天,无颅内大出血。2例出现感染(1.82%),治疗后好转。6例患者持续颅内压增高,给予手术清除血肿。2例大面积脑梗死患者,颅内压持续增高,药物降压无效,给予去骨瓣减压术,治疗后好转。随访6个月对所有患者行GCS评分,良好54例,恢复不良23例,死亡33例。结论颅内压监测正逐步由有创转为无创监测,由单参数转为多参数观察,是一种安全、有效、准确的颅内压监测技术。Objective To study the effect of continuous monitoring of intracranial pressure in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods110 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014,they were used Codman for intraventricular intracranial pressure monitoring,and to reduce intracranial pressure. Results The intracranial pressure was monitoring for 4∽15 days,no intracranial hemorrhage occured. Infection occured in 2 patients(1.82%). Intracranial pressure continuously increased in 6 patients,and they were given the operation to remove the hematoma. 2 cases had large area cerebral infarction,intracranial pressure increased continuously,antihypertensive drug was invalid,they were given the decompressive craniectomy. Follow up of 6 months for all patients with GCS score,54 cases had good recovery,bad in 23 cases,33 cases of death. Conclusion Intracranial pressure monitoring is gradually from invasive to noninvasive monitoring,by a single parameter to multi parameter observation,it is a safe,effective,accurate and intracranial pressure monitoring technology.
