摘 要:目的观察拔牙与不拔牙矫治对于牙弓宽度的影响。方法搜集2012年9月∽2014年9月我院矫治牙齿的病例50例,按照拔牙与不拔牙的矫治方式的不同将其分组。其中拔牙组25例均为需要拔牙的矫治方式,不拔牙组25例是不拔牙的矫治方式。对拔牙组和不拔牙组进行同等周期的牙齿矫治时间,并做好牙弓宽度的观察和记录。结果拔牙组和非拔牙组相比,拔牙组的牙弓宽度比不拔牙组的平均牙弓宽度多0.92 mm(P〈0.05),因此拔牙与不拔牙矫治对于牙弓宽度的影响显著(P〈0.05)。结论拔牙的矫治方式比不拔牙的矫治方式观察相比,拔牙的矫治方式不会引起牙弓宽度缩小。Objective Extraction and non-extraction influence on dental arch width is to be observed. Methods Chose 50 cases of teeth straightening who were treated in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 and separated them into two groups according to different teeth straightening methods. 25 cases in one group were given extraction treatment,while 25 patients in the other group were given non-extraction treatment,then compared patients' teeth straightening time between two groups and observed and recorded their dental arch width. Results Patients' dental arch width in group which were given extraction treatment were wider with 0.92 mm compared to patients' dental arch width in group which were given non-extraction treatment(P〈0.05),therefore,extraction or non-extraction exerts great influence on dental arch width(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared to non-extraction extraction,extraction treatment is impossible to narrow dental arch width.
