奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林双抗血小板治疗糖尿病并急性脑梗死临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林双抗血小板治疗糖尿病并急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取在我院进行糖尿病并急性脑梗死治疗的162例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者采用不同的治疗方法,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率更加明显,两组总有效率差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在临床上,糖尿病并急性脑梗死患者应用奥扎格雷联合阿司匹林抗血小板治疗,有明显的治疗效果,无明显不良反应。Objective To study the curative effect of ozagrel combined with aspirin dual antiplatelet therapy of diabetes and acute cerebral infarction. Methods 162 cases of acute cerebral infarction and diabetes patients in our hospital were taken as the research objectand randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups of patients treated by different methods, compared the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results In observation group, total effective rate was more apparent, the difference between two group total effective rate was statistically significant, P〈0.05. ConclusionFor patients with diabetes and acute cerebral infarction, application of combined aspirin antiplatelet therapy and ozagrel has obvious therapeutic effect, no obvious adverse reactions.
