摘　　要：针对BT融资模式下高速公路建设项目,阐述了BT融资模式的特点,对BT融资模式下高速公路建设项目前期、建设期、转让期的风险进行分析,提出规避这些风险的对策。The characteristics of BT financing are analyzed in this thesis based on highway construction projects which apply such financing mode. Besides,risk control on the early stage,development stage as well as the assignment stage of the construction projects have been analyzed to generate risk avoidance policy.
