中药配方颗粒和肝化纤方治疗肝纤维化60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析中药配方颗粒和肝化纤方治疗肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年7月—2013年7月期间收治的60例乙肝肝纤维化患者的临床资料,将其平均分成对照组和观察组,给予对照组采用益肝康胶囊(院内制剂)治疗,观察组用中药配方颗粒和肝化纤方治疗,3次/d,3个月为1个疗程,比较分析两组治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组采用中药配方颗粒和肝化纤方治疗以后,临床各项症状显著改善,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组肝纤维化的四项指标均有所改善,但观察组各项值下降幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗前、后相比,患者的ALT、AST以及TBIL都出现了明显的下降,但是观察组下降幅度更大,两组相比,差异明显(P<0.05);同时两组的ALB、A/G都明显上升,且观察组上升幅度更大(P<0.05)。在治疗后两组患者的门脉内径、脾厚度以及A/P,和治疗前相比都有明显缩小或者下降,但观察组下降更明显(P<0.05);在治疗后观察组患者的门静脉内径、A/P明显变小(P<0.05),但是对照组却无明显变化。结论:中药配方颗粒和肝化纤方治疗乙肝肝纤维化,疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM formula granule and decoction for liver fibrosis of liver fiber. Methods：Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 60 patients admitted to our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 with hepatic fibrosis of hepatitis B patients, They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given Yigankang capsule（hospital preparations） treatment and the observation group was given formula of traditional Chinese Medicine and liver fibrosis.Both groups took medicine 3 times a day,3 month as a treatment course. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms of the observation group improved significantly, the difference between the two groups was significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the four indexes of hepatic fibrosis of the two groups were improved, but the observation group decreased more significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the AST,ALT and TBIL of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, but the observation group decreased more, and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）;ALB,A and G of the two groups increased significantly,and the observation group rose more steeply（P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment, the diameter of the portal vein,thickness of spleen and A/P of two groups after the treatment, significantly decreased,but the observation group decreased more significantly（P〈0.05）;the diameter of portal vein and A/P of the observation group were significantly decreased after treatment（P〈 0.05）,but the control group had no obvious changes.Conclusion：TCM formula granule and decoction for chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis had significant effect, so it is worthy of clinical application.
