超声引导下PICC置管在血液肿瘤患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:超声引导下PICC置管在血液肿瘤患者中的临床运用效果进行观察与分析。方法:选择我院所收治的血液肿瘤患者200例作为观察对象,随机将其分成观察组与对照组,观察组予以超声引导下PICC置管,对照组患者予以传统PICC置管,然后对其应用效果加以观察与比较。结果:观察组患者的并发症发生率(4.1%)明显少于对照组患者(10.2%),差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液肿瘤患者予以超声引导下PICC置管,置管成功率高,且可有效避免并发症的发生,值得大力推行。Objective：To observe and analyze the effects of clinical application of ultrasound-guided PICC catheter on patients with hematological malignancy.Methods： 200 cases of hematological malignancy treated in our hospital were selected as objects of observation and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given the ultrasound-guided PICC catheter, while the control group received traditional PICC catheter and then observed and compared the effects of the two groups.Results： The incidence rate of complications（4.1%） of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group（10.2%）, with differences of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasound-guided PICC catheter showing high success rate and lower complication rate for patients with hematological malignancy,which is worthy of promoting.
