摘  要:文章介绍了一种适用于医学仪器的温度采集电路结构,分析了电路特点和工作原理。该电路由温度传感器、恒流源、低通滤波电路和ADC前处理电路组成,信号输出至ADC,进行AD转换后传送至温控MCU进行温度判断。分析计算表明,电路设计安全可靠,带宽、噪声、分辨率和准确度等指标均符合设计要求,保证了系统的可靠性。A kind of temperature collection circuit architecture applicable to medical instruments is described in detail in the article. The characteristics and working principle are analyzed. The circuit structure is composed by a temperature sensor, constant current source, low-pass filter circuit and ADC pre-processing circuit. The signal was firstly First transmitted to the ADC, then the signal is transmitted to the temperature control MCU which judges the temperature after converted. Analysis and calculation show that the circuit is safe and reliable. The indexes including bandwidth, noise, resolution and accuracy meet the design requirements, which ensures the reliability of the system.
