西南民族地区农民增收困难的原因及对策分析——基于贵州省黔西南州农民增收现状的分析

摘　　要：中国西南民族地区的农民增收问题是一项系统工程,与东部沿海发达地区的农民相比,更具有困难性和紧迫性。通过对黔西南州农民增收困难现状的分析,从而考察黔西南州农民增收困难之原因,进而制定出农民增收的相应对策。The problemof farmers＇ income in Southwest China is a system engineering.Compared with the eastern coastal developed area, it is more difficult, urgency and political.Therefore, this paper takes Qianxi Prefecture area of Guizhou province as a typical case,gives a perspective of current situation for the difficulty in increasing farmer income, analysises the reason emphatically for the difficulty in increasing farmer income and discusses some effective countermeasures to realize the farmers＇ income in southwest minority area.
