科研查房与学习课件相结合提高护士科研能力的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理科研查房对提高临床科室护理人员科研意识与能力的作用。以实现临床实践与科研的良好结合,提高专科护理质量。方法选择6个科研科室进行护理科研查房,每季1次,每次有不同的主题,汇报及专题制作成PPT课件,由科研小组长组织;学习课件每2个月发放1次,由科研秘书组织科内学习;以《护理人员科研能力自评量表》评价护理人员科研能力,并对比分析2012年、2013年科研成果。结果 2013年护理人员科研意识及能力均有提高,发现问题、文献查阅能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);获得市级科研立项2项,发表护理专业论文20篇,院内护理用具创新26项。结论护理科研查房可提高临床护理人员科研意识及科研能力,规范护理科研管理,提高专科护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing scientific research rounds in improving the con-sciousness and ability of clinical nursing staff.Methods Six nursing department were selected with scien-tific research rounds quarterly,each with different themes,thematic and report made ppt courseware,or-ganized by the leader of research team;issue learning courseware once every two months,learned by the scientific research secretary;using “The self-assessment lists of nursing scientific research ability”to eval-uate scientific research capacity of nursing staff,and contrast analysis of 2012 and 2013 years.Results The awareness and ability of scientific research in 2013 was improved,with 2 municipal scientific research projects,20 nursing professional papers and 26 innovation of nursing appliances in hospital.And difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）in found the problem and literature review ability.Conclusion Nursing research rounds can improve clinical nursing scientific research consciousness and research ability;standardize the management of nursing scientific research,improve the quality of nursing.
