循证护理在开腹结肠癌根治术患者术前心理中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理在开腹结肠癌根治术患者术前心理中的效果评价。方法选取该院于2012年5月—2014年5月收治的行开腹根治术的结肠癌患者78例,将其随机分成循证组(39例)与常规组(39例)。循证组患者采用循证护理干预,给予常规组患者常规护理。对两组患者护理干预后的效果进行比较。结果循证组患者在术前的恐惧比例显著低于常规组(P<0.05),恐惧程度在中度以上的比例显著低于常规组(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表与抑郁自评量表的分数显著低于常规组(P<0.05);循证组患者舒张压、收缩压显著低于常规组(P<0.05),心率显著慢于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对开腹结肠癌根治术患者实施循证护理心理干预,可有效降低患者术前的焦虑恐惧心理,对保证患者在术前各项身体指标的平稳具有重要意义,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing on the preoperative psychology of patients underwent open radical resection of colon cancer. Methods 78 cases underwent open radical resection of colon cancer admitted in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the evidence-based group（39 cases） and conventional group （39 cases）. Patients in the evidence-based group were given evidence-based nursing intervention, and those in the conventional group were given the conventional nursing. And the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results Before operation, the proportion of patients with fear in the evidence-based group was much lower than that in the conventional group （P〈0.05）; the proportion of patients with over moderate fear in the evidence-based group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）; Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores were obviously lower than those in the conven- tional group（P〈0.05）; the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those of the convention- al group（P〈0.05）, heart rate was significantly slower than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients under- went open radical resection of colon cancer, the psychological intervention of evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the preoperative anxiety and fear, which is of great significance in ensuring the physical indicators of patients be stable before opera- tion, so it is worthy of promotion and application.
