情绪疗法对儿科护士压力应对方式的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨情绪疗法对儿科护士压力应对方式的影响。方法:将2012年1月至2015年1月在职的22名儿科护理人员均分为两组,每组各10例,对照组采取常规心理护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用为期3个月的情绪疗法,并采用问卷调查及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对护理人员各项情绪及情绪应对方法进行评估。结果:观察组情绪干预后CL-90得分明显优于护理前与对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组情绪干预后情绪压力应对明显优于护理前与对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取情绪疗法对儿科护理人员压力进行排解,能有效缓解护理人员的抑郁、敏感及焦虑情绪,为儿科护理人员身心健康提供了有效保证,同时,还提高了患者家属满意程度,值得临床广泛应用及推广。Objective: To investigate the influence of emotional therapy on coping styles of pediatric nurses. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2015, 22 on-the-job pediatric nurses were randomly divided into two groups with 11 cases in each group. The control group received routine psychological care and the observation group nurses were given a three-month emotive therapy besides the routine psychological care. Questionnaires and symptom checklist SCL-90 were used to assess the emotions and stress coping methods of the nursing staff. Results: SCL-90 scores of the observation group after the emotive therapy were significantly better than that before the therapy and that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05); Emotional stress coping scores of the observation group after the therapy were significantly better than before treatment and than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Emotive therapy for pediatric nurses can effectively relieve the somatization, depression, allergies and anxiety. It provides a positive intervention on the physical and sentimental health of the nursing staff and also improves patients’ satisfaction. It is worthy of further application and promotion.
