摘　　要：目的分析肌内黏液瘤影像学表现。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的11例肌内黏液瘤患者的临床、病理及影像检查资料。结果病变位于下肢7例,颈部2例,臀部1例,上肢1例。CT扫描3例,平扫表现为边界清楚的低密度肿块,增强扫描病灶不均匀轻度强化。MR扫描8例,7例呈均匀长T1长T2信号,DWI呈较均匀高信号,3例出现"周围脂肪带"征和周围肌肉内水肿,其中3例行MR增强扫描,均呈明显不均匀渐进性强化。3例患者同时接受彩超检查,显示为肌内囊实性团块,形态规则,2例可探及少量血流信号。结论综合分析肌内黏液瘤的影像学表现,特别是MR表现有助于本病的术前诊断。Objective To evaluate the imaging manifestations of intramuscular myxoma.Methods Clinical and pathological manifestation as well as imaging materials of 11 patients of intramuscular myxoma confirmed surgically and pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.Results Seven lesions located in lower limbs,2in necks,1in buttocks and 1in upper limb.Three patients underwent CT scanning,which showed low attenuation on plain scan and mild heterogeneous enhancement on enhancement.Eight patients underwent MR scan,7patients showed homogeneously long T1 and long T2 signal,and high signal intensity on DWI,aperilesional fat rind was present in 3patients;3of which were scaned after the intravenous administration of Gd-DTPA,showed intense heterogeneous progressive enhancement.Three patients underwent ultrasound at the same time,which showed solid cystic mass with regular margins,and 2of them displayed a little blood flow signals.Conclusion Comprehensive analysis of the imaging manifestations of intramuscular myxoma,especially the findings of MRI will be helpful to accurate diagnosis before surgery.
