摘 要:目的了解中医医师系列在高层次医学人才培养中的相关研究进展。方法采用文献检索和文献计量方法,通过中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普全文数据库(VIP)对近年来国内外与高层次医学人才培养有关的研究文献进行分析。结果对检索下载的与高层次医学人才培养有关的477篇文献,剔除重复和提取中医特色后,筛选出53篇具有较大参考价值的相关文献。结论目前我国关于高层次医学人才培养的研究以定性分析为主,而定量分析中体现中医人才培养的研究较少,说明构建高层次中医人才培养评价体系的研究具有较大创新性和意义。Objective: To learn about the research related to the series trainings for the Chinese medicine physician in high-level medical talent training,summarize and study the recent development. Method: The authors analyze the researching literature relating to high-level medical talents covered in CNKI and VIP both home and abroad in recent years w ith the methods of literature retrieval and literature metrology. Result: 477 pieces of literature relevant w ith high-level medical talent training w ere dow nloaded. After eliminating the repetitive pieces and extracting the ones w ith characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,the authors select 53 pieces of great reference value. Conclusion: Currently,the study on high-level medical talents falls mainly into qualitative analysis,w hile there is less study in quantitative analysis covering the training of talents of traditional Chinese medicine. Thus,the study on the evaluating system of the training for high-level talents of traditional Chinese medicine is of great innovation and significance.
