摘 要:目的:建立兔下颌骨前牙即刻种植的动物实验模型,通过扫描电镜观察,HE染色等手段考察即刻种植过程的骨结合特性。方法:在兔下颌前牙的新鲜拔牙窝内即刻植入种植体,然后通过扫描电镜和HE染色观察评价植入后4w、8w、12w的种植体-骨结合状况。结果:随着种植体植入时间的延长,种植体骨结合界面的骨小梁分布逐渐规则致密,骨密度逐渐增加,Havers系统大量出现。结论:建立的兔下颌骨前牙即刻种植动物实验模型可为即刻种植方向的相关研究提供重要参考。Objective: To establish immediate implantation model in rabbit mandible and to study bone com-bination characteristics of immediate implantation by scanning electron microscope and hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE). Method:Implants are immediately planted in fresh tooth socket of rabbit mandibu-lar anterior teeth. Scanning electron microscope and hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) are used to evalu-ate bone combination status at 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after implantation. Results: With the prolongation of implantation time, bone trabecula is distributed compactly at the interface of bone-im-plant combination. The density of bone is gradually increased and the Havers system is frequently de-tected. Conclusions: The founded immediate implantation model in rabbit mandible can provide impor-tant references for relative studies in the field of immediate implantation.
