摘 要:针对某型立式给水泵机组的水润滑轴承—转子系统的动力学特性展开研究。建立立式给水泵机组的水润滑轴承的动力学分析模型,针对不同工况下的膜厚比判断水润滑轴承所处的润滑状态。根据不同润滑状态下水润滑轴承不同的动力学建模方法,分析相应的水润滑轴承—转子系统动力学特性,并对比二者之间的差别。分析结果对立式水润滑轴承—转子系统的结构设计具有一定的指导借鉴意义。Dynamic characteristics of the water lubricated bearing-rotor system of a vertical ship feed pump was studied. Two dynamic analysis models of the vertical water lubricated bearing-rotor system were established according to different operating conditions. The lubrication status of the bearing was judged according to the film thickness ratio.Dynamic characteristics of the water lubricated bearing-rotor system were analyzed. The results of the different dynamic modeling methods with two working conditions were compared and their difference was analyzed. The results of this work have some guide significance for the structure optimum design of vertical rotor-bearing systems.
