摘 要:针对数控成形磨齿机在线测量存在标定误差的问题,对标定误差对齿廓误差测量的影响进行了理论分析。首先基于广义极坐标法建立了齿廓误差评价的数学模型。其次通过数值研究发现齿廓倾斜偏差与径向标定误差和切向标定误差成线性关系且满足叠加原理。依据所得规律,提出了标定误差的辨识及补偿方法。最后在数控成形磨齿机上进行实验验证,经补偿后的测量结果与基准标准齿轮的精度基本吻合,验证了所提算法的正确性。Based on the problem that calibration error existed in the on-machine measurement for CNC profile grinding machine,the theoretical analysis w ere conducted on the effects of calibration error on the measurement of tooth profile error. Firstly,the mathematic model of the tooth profile error evaluation w as established based on the generalized polar-coordinate method. Then,by numerical study it is discovered that the profile slope deviations are in direct proportion to the radial and tangential calibration error,and their effects satisfy superposition principle. According to these law s,a algorithm of calibration error identification and compensation is proposed. Finally,experimental verifications w ere conducted on the CNC profile grinding machine. After compensation,the measurement results are basically matched w ith the accuracy of ultra-precision master gear,w hich verify the correctness of the proposed compensation algorithm.
