摘　　要：目的评价Q开关红宝石激光治疗早期脂溢性角化病的效果和安全性。方法将85例患者随机分成2组,分别采用Q开关红宝石激光和超脉冲CO2激光治疗,比较2组的疗效和副作用。结果治疗组疼痛感低于对照组,脱痂时间短于对照组,2组治疗效果差别无统计学意义;治疗组的色素沉着发生率和瘢痕形成均低于对照组,2组色素减退率差别无统计学意义。结论 Q开关红宝石激光治疗早期脂溢性角化病效果好、安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Q-switched ruby laser in the treatment of early seborrheic keratosis. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups,which were treated with Q-switched ruby laser and ultrapulse CO2 laser,and the therapeutic effect was compared. Results The treatment group of pain and decrustation time were lower than the control group,no statistical difference of treatment effect between two groups,incidence of pigmentation and scar formation were lower than the control group,two groups of depigmentation rate showed no significant difference. Conclusion Q-switched ruby laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis with remarkable curative effect and high safety,is worth the clinical promotion.
