gp125和β-catenin蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察EB病毒gp125蛋白、β-catenin蛋白在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测76例NPC组织、26例慢性鼻咽炎症组织中的表达,并分析gp125蛋白、β-catenin蛋白的表达与NPC的发生、发展、分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移等之间的关系。结果 gp125蛋白在NPC组织中的阳性表达率为88.16%,明显高于慢性鼻咽炎症(34.62%)(P<0.05);β-catenin蛋白在NPC组织中的异常表达率为72.37%,明显高于慢性鼻咽炎症(7.70%)(P<0.05);gp125、β-catenin的表达在NPC TNM分期、淋巴结转移组间表达率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在NPC组织中gp125与β-catenin异常表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 gp125蛋白高表达、β-catenin蛋白异常表达与NPC发生发展密切相关,两者可能共同参与NPC发生发展过程。Objective To observe the expression and clinical significance of gp125, β-catenin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of gp125, β-catenin protein in NPC and chronic nasopharyngitis. The relationship between gp125 and β-catenin protein and the occurrence,development,differentiation,clinical stage, lymph node metastasis of NPC was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of gp125 protein in NPC was 88.16%,significantly higher than that of chronic nasopharyngitis（34.62%）.The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin protein was 72.37%, significantly higher than that of chronic nasopharyngitis（7.70%）. There were statistically significant differences in the expression of gp125, β-catenin protein in different TNM stages and lymph node metastasis. Correlation analysis showed that, the expression of gp125 protein and the abnormal expression of β-catenin protein had positive correlation with NPC. Conclusion The high expression of gp125 protein and the abnormal expression of β-catenin protein were closely related with the occurrence and development of NPC.
