基底细胞样乳腺癌中HIF-1α及Glut-1的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF-1α)及葡萄糖转运蛋白1(Glut-1)蛋白在基底细胞样乳腺癌(BLBC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测95例BLBC及其癌旁乳腺组织与708例非BLBC组织中HIF-1α及Glut-1蛋白的表达,分析两者表达与BLBC临床病理因素的关系。结果:HIF-1α及Glut-1蛋白在BLBC组织的阳性表达率均明显高于癌旁组织与非BLBC组织(均P<0.05),两种蛋白的表达呈明显正相关(r=0.368,P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α和Glut-1的表达在BLBC组织中同时升高,两者可能共同参与了BLBC的发生、发展,并可能作为评估BLBC患者预后的指标。Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical signiifcance of hypoxia inducible factors 1α（HIF-1α） and glucose transporter 1（Glut-1） in basal-like breast carcinoma（BLBC）.Methods：The protein expressions of HIF-1α and Glut-1 in 95 specimens of BLBC and their adjacent breast tissue,and 708 samples of non-BLBC tissue were detected by immunohistochemical staining,and their relations with the clinicopathologic factors of BLBC were analyzed.Results：The positive expression rate of either HIF-1α or Glut-1 protein in BLBC tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent breast tissue and non-BLBC tissue（all P0.05）,and both HIF-1α and Glut-1 protein expressions were associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of BLBC（all P0.05）; there was a significantly positive correlation between HIF-1α and Glut-1 expression in BLBC tissue（r=0.368,P0.05）.Conclusion：HIF-1α and Glut-1 synchronously overexpress in BLBC tissue,which may co-participate in the occurrence and development of BLBC,and can be potentially used as a prognostic index for BLBC patients.
