超声药物透入治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声药物透入治疗晚期结肠癌在促进胃肠道功能恢复中的治疗效果。方法:将102例晚期结肠癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组。两组综合治疗相同,实验组使用超声药物透入治疗,而对照组未使用,观测两组患者血清IL-35、miRNA-936、腹围变化、肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气排便等胃肠功能恢复情况以及住院时间。结果:实验组和对照组血清IL-35、miRNA-936变化、腹围变化在治疗后48h、72h、96h及120h以及两组的肠鸣音恢复时间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),而治疗后腹围变化在24h时以及住院时间两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:超声药物透入治疗可促进晚期结肠癌患者肠鸣音恢复及排气排便,减轻腹胀,加快胃肠功能恢复。Objective：To discuss ultrasound theraPy drug Penetration in advanced colorectal cancer. Methods：All 102 Patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into exPerimental and control grouPs,treated by same comPrehensive treatment,the exPerimental grouP using ultrasound Penetration drug theraPy,while the control grouP did not use,and tested for serum IL -35,miRNA -936,abdominal circumference changes,restore bowel sounds,flatus bowel and other gastrointestinal function. Results：In exPerimental grouP and the control grouP,serum IL-35,miRNA-936 changes,changes in abdominal circumference 48h,72h,96h and 120h and bowel sounds recovery time were statistically significant（P0. 05）. Conclusion：Ultrasound theraPy can Promote drug Penetration in Patients with ad-vanced colon cancer and bowel sounds recover exhaust defecation,reduce bloating and accelerate recovery of gastroin-testinal function.
