摘　　要：人附睾蛋白4(HE4)是一种新型肿瘤标志物,本文从HE4的结构、表达、功能在妇科肿瘤应用,包括其对卵巢癌早期诊断,监测,预后及复发,进行综述,同时对其在肺癌肾纤维化,泌尿系统移行细胞癌中的表达亦进行了综述。最后对目前检测HE4的两种方法酶联免疫吸附法与电化学发光法进行比较。Human ePididymis Protein 4（HE4）was a novel tumor marker. In this PaPer,the structure,exPression and function of HE4 aPPlication in gynecological cancer such as ovarian cancer,endometrial cancer and uterine fibroids, early diagnosis,monitoring,Prognosis in lung cancer,renal fibrosis,urinary tract urothelial carcinoma were reviewed. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent（ ELISA）and electrochemical luminescence（ ECL）and were also reviewed.
