超声引导下^(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗卵巢癌术后复发的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下125I粒子组织间植入治疗卵巢癌术后复发的临床疗效。方法:采用三维治疗计划系统(3D2TPS)对28例术后复发卵巢癌患者,32个病灶(3个位于腹壁,29个位于阴道断端)超声引导下将125I粒子(经阴式或经腹式探头)植入卵巢复发肿瘤内。结果:32个可评价的病灶完全缓解(CR)25个,部分缓解(PR)3个,无变化(SD)2个,进展(PD)2个,总有效率87.5%。28例患者血清CA125下降21例,升高5例,血无明显变化2例。结论:超声引导下125I组织间植入治疗复发卵巢癌安全、有效,可提高患者生活质量。Objective：To investigate the clinical effecacy of ultrasound-guided interstisial implant of 125I seeds for treating in recurrence of ovary cancer after mastectomy.Methods：According to three dimensional-therapy planning system（3D-TPS）,125 I seeds were implanted into 32 lesions （3 lesions located in the abdominal wall,29 lesions located in the vaginal fault）of 28 patients with recurrence of ovary cancer after mastectomy.Results：Among all the lesions,25 lesions were conplete remission （CR）,3 were partial remission （PR）,2 were no changed and 2 progressed desease,the overall response （CR ＋ PR） rate was 87.51％.In 28 patients,21 cases with serum CA125 decrersed,5 cases with serum CA125 elevated,2 cases without change.Conclusion：Utrasound-guided interstisial implant of 125I seeds for treating recurrence ovary cancer after mastectomy is perutaneous and effective,and can improve the quality of patients life.
