摘  要:【目的】评估飞秒激光辅助猴眼角膜基质透镜移植术后透镜生物相容性,观察猴眼表参数及泪液因子表达的变化。【方法】3只健康青年恒河猴,麻醉后行双眼全飞秒激光角膜基质透镜取出术,左右眼分别为一组,右眼植入同种异体角膜基质透镜,左眼植入自体右眼取出的角膜基质透镜。术后1周、1月、3月、5月、6月观察眼表炎症反应、中央角膜厚度、屈光状态及角膜地形图变化,同时对术前、术后1周、1月、3月多个时间点猴眼泪液进行采集并进行多因子检测。【结果】术后两组透镜均透明,未见排斥反应,中央角膜厚度及屈光状态在术后6月趋于稳定,各时间点差异无统计学意义,角膜地形图陡K和平K值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),泪液因子检测两组间多个时间点比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】同种异体角膜基质透镜植入角膜基质袋内安全有效,可预测性好,同种异体及自体角膜基质透镜植入猴眼角膜基质袋无明显差别。[Objective] To evaluate the feasibility of femtosecond laser-assisted refractive lenticule transplantation in the rhesus monkey eyes and to observe the changes of ocular surface and tear cytokines after transplantation.[Methods] 3 healthy young rhesus monkeys underwent biocular small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) to correct-4.0 diopter.The right eyes were implanted allogeneic refractive lenticules from left eyes of other monkeys,while the left eyes were implanted autogeneic lenticules from the lateral eyes as control.We observed the ocular inflammation,central corneal thickness,refractive status,corneal topography changes and tear cytokines 1 week,1 month,3 month,5 month,6 month post operation.[Results] In both allogeneic and autogeneic femtosecond laser-assisted refractive lenticule transplantations,grafts were transparent,no rejection was observed,central corneal thickness and refractive status were stable,flat and steep K values were relatively peaceful,and the concentrations of tear cytokines were not significantly different (P > 0.05).[Conclusions] Corneal refractive lenticule allotransplantation in monkey eyes is as safe and effective as autogeneic lenticule transplantation.
