四种不同桩核材料对Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠颜色的影响

摘　　要：【目的】评价四种不同桩核材料对Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠颜色的影响。【方法】在正畸拔除的离体牙上制备四种不同材料的桩核预备体,分为四组(镍铬合金桩核组、金合金桩核组、氧化锆桩核组、纤维桩树脂核组),每组10颗,并根据预备体的外形制备Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠,内冠厚度为0.5 mm,上1.5 mm的饰面瓷。采用Minolta CM-700d分光测色仪于全瓷冠颊面中1/3区域,测试A2色比色片和四组不同桩核材料背景下Cercon CAD/CAM全瓷冠的颜色参数。测量时仪器自动记录下L*a*b*值,每个区域连续测量3次,取平均值。【结果】四组L*a*b*值的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),各组色差均不能为肉眼所识别(△E<1.5)。【结论】四种不同材料桩核背景下的L*a*b*值不存在组间差异,表明修复体的颜色不受桩核背景颜色的影响,因此可认为Cercon CAD/CAM是一种遮色性能极佳的全瓷材料。[Objective] To evaluate the color effect of four kinds of post-and-core preparation on Cercon CAD/CAM ceramic system.[Methods] Four groups of post-core preparation with different materials （Ni-Cr alloy,golden alloy,ceramic post-and-core and resin core with fiber-post） were prepared with an extracted tooth from an orthodontic patient,each group had ten specimens.A crown with Cercon CAD/CAM by the shape of the preparation was made,the thickness of inner crown and enamel porcelain was 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm.The color parameters of the A2 colorimetric sheet and the Cercon CAD/CAM ceramic crown in the middle 1/3 of buccal were tested in four groups by using the CM-700d instrument.The number of each sample was recorded automatically,each area was tested for three times and the average number was calculated.[Results] There were no significant difference of the L ＊ a ＊ b ＊ value in four groups,the color difference could not be identified by the naked eye （/ E ＜ 1.5）.[Conclusions] There were no significant difference of the L ＊ a ＊ b ＊ value in four groups with different post-core materials,so the color of the restoration was not affected by the background color of post-core,and the performance of cover color with Cercon CAD/CAM was excellent.
