口腔鳞癌患者血清中游离基质金属蛋白酶-3表达水平的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对比检测口腔鳞癌患者与健康对照者外周血清中的基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)的表达水平,判断其在口腔鳞癌患者血清中的浓度是否存在异常,并分析其临床意义。方法:收集47例口腔鳞癌患者、52例健康对照者的血清,用ELISA试剂盒检测血清中MMP-3的浓度,分析口腔鳞癌患者血清中MMP-3水平与性别、年龄、吸烟史、TNM临床分期以及病理分级之间的相关性。结果:口腔鳞癌患者血清中MMP-3的表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且MMP-3的水平与年龄、淋巴结转移及远处转移有关,而与其他因素如性别、吸烟史、病理分级等相关性不显著。结论:MMP-3可能会成为判断口腔鳞癌临床分期的重要标记物。Objective.To study the expression level of serum matrix metalloproteinase--3 （MMP--3） in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） and its potential clinical significance. Methods：Serums from 47 cases of OSCC and 52 healthy controls were collected, and MMP-3 in serum was detected by ELISA kit. Correlations of MMP- 3 with gender, age, smoking history, TNM staging, and pathological grading were analyzed. Results. The MMP-3 expression level was higher in patients with OSCC than that in control group（P〈0.05）. MMP-3 level was positively correlated with age,metastasis of lymph nodes and remote sites rather than gender, smoking history and pathological grading in cases with OSCC. Conelusion：MMP-3 would be an important indicator of cinical staging for patients with OSCC.
