摘　　要：采用灰色理论的关联度分析,对影响中原经济区物流人才需求的因子进行探索分析,选取区域经济发展水平、政策措施及基础设施、铁路、公路、内河通车通航里程数、货运量、消费水平五个因子并对其进行排序,以掌握各因子的影响程度,为中原经济区物流人才的发展规划提供科学依据,以促进物流业全面协调发展。In this paper, by adopting the relational degree analysis in the grey relational theory, we explored the factors that affected the demand of logistics talents in the central plains economic region. We selected and ordered five factors to conclude their influential degrees so as to offer some scientific basis to promote the development of logistics talents and the logistics industry in this region.
