摘　　要：从政治因素、基础设施、成本因素、市场因素和服务因素五个维度构建国际物流园区投资环境影响因素的结构方程模型,在此基础上,运用AMOS17.0研究物流园区投资环境因素与制造商投资意向之间的关系,并对影响制造商投资物流园区的关键影响因素和强度进行检验。研究表明,基础设施、成本因素和市场因素与制造商投资物流园区意向之间存在显著正相关关系,而政治因素和服务因素对投资决策没有显著正向影响。最后提出实施优化园区投资环境,改善园区管理的相关对策建议。In this paper, we established a structural equation model to evaluate the influential factors of the investment environment in the international logistics parks, namely the political factor, the infrastructure, the cost factor, the market factor and the service factor. Then we used the AMOS17.0 to study the relationship between the environment factors and the investment intentions. Thirdly we verified the key influential factors and the intensity that affected the manufactures＇ investment intentions. The results showed that the infrastructure, the cost and the market factors had a positive impact on the investment intentions, while the political and service factors had no significant impact. Finally we proposed correspondingsuggestionssuch asoptimizingtheinvestment environment and improvingthemanagement in parks.
