摘　　要：通过梳理物流金融和供应链整合的理论研究,提出物流金融对供应链整合的影响机理,并绘图描述物流金融三种典型业务模式下的运作流程,依此分析发现物流金融具有通过整合物流、信息流和资金流从而整合供应链的效应。In this paper, based on the theoretical researches on the logistics finance and the supply chain, we put forward the impact mechanism of the logistics finance on the supply chain integration and elaborated the operation processes under its three typical business modes through plots. The findings indicated that the logistics finance affected the supply chain integration via the logistics, information and funds integration.
