摘　　要：在总结以往相关研究的基础上,从供应链物流能力的视角出发,构建物流能力评价体系,建立关系模型,运用结构方程方法研究供应链物流能力对企业绩效的影响,分析结果表明:运作能力和综合管理能力对经济绩效影响显著,运作能力、柔性能力和综合管理能力对社会绩效影响显著,柔性能力和信息能力对经济绩效影响不显著,信息能力对社会绩效影响不显著。进而为提高企业绩效提出几条建议。In this paper, based on the previous studies, we established the logistics ability evaluation system and the relational modelfrom the perspective of supply chain logistics ability. Through the method of structural equation, we studied the impact of the supply chain logistics ability to the enterprise performance. The results showed the operation and comprehensive management abilities had a significant impact on the economic performance, so did the operation, flexible and comprehensive management abilities to the social performance. Meanwhile, the flexible and information abilities had no significant impact on the economic performance, so did the information ability to the social performance. Hence we proposed several suggestions for enterprises to increase their performance.
