玻璃体内注射小剂量曲安奈德治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价玻璃体内注射小剂量曲安奈德对糖尿病性黄斑水肿的治疗效果。方法对46例（54眼）糖尿病性黄斑水肿玻璃体内注射小剂量曲安奈德（2mg）治疗，治疗后按时随访，术后1周、1、3、6和12个月观察视力、眼压、晶状体、眼底、黄斑区视网膜厚度，OCT及FFA。治疗后随访时间为12个月。结果糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者经玻璃体内注射小剂量曲安奈德后，视力均有不同程度的提高，并发症少，花费少。结论玻璃体内注射小剂量曲安奈德治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿具有较好的疗效，但长期疗效和并发症需后续观察和研究。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal injection with small dose of triamcin- alone acetonide for diabetic macular edema. Methods Fifty-four eyes of 46 patients with diabetic macular edema were collected. Triamcinolone acetonide（2 mg） was injected into vitreous in all patients. Change of the visual acuity, intraocular pressure, lens, fundus, macular retinal thickness, OCT and FFA of all the pa- tients were observed on 1 week, 1, 3, 6 and 12 month after the treatment. The follow-up time was 12 months. Results The visual acuities were improved in varying degrees after intravitreal injection of triamci- nolone acetonide. No serious complications were found. Conclusion Intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide for diabetic maeular edema has a good effect in a short term, but long-term effect and complica- tions require further studies.
