摘 要:依托湖南凤大高速公路BRA改性沥青路面试验段,选取5种BRA掺量,对BRA改性沥青混合料BAC-13C的配合比设计和路用性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:BRA中天然沥青可替代部分基质沥青,矿物质可替代部分细集料和矿粉;随着BRA掺量的增加,基质沥青最佳油石比呈线性减小,但其减小量小于BRA中天然沥青的增加量,故BRA改性沥青混合料的总最佳油石比略高于普通沥青混合料的0.1%~0.2%。BAC-13C的各项路用性能均达到改性沥青混合料的技术要求,且BRA的掺入可显著提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性及抗拉强度,但对低温抗拉能力有所影响。因此,BRA改性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能,适合于南方湿热地区高等级公路沥青路面使用,提出BRA的适宜掺量为混合料质量的2%~4%,最佳掺量为3%。Relying on the experimental section of BRA modified asphalt pavement of Feng-Da Expressway in Hunan Province,five kinds of BRA mixing amount were selected to carry out for the mixture ratio design and the pavement performance tests for the BRA modified asphalt mixture of BAC-13 C.The results show that the natural asphalt within BRA can partially replace the base asphalt,and the minerals can partially replace the fine aggregates and mineral powder.With the increase of BRA mixing amount,the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio of base asphalt decreases linearly,but the decreasing amount is less than the increasing amount of natural asphalt within BRA.So the total asphalt-aggregate ratio of BRA modified asphalt mixture should be slightly higher than0.1%~0.2% of the common asphalt mixture.Meanwhile,all the pavement performances of BAC-13 Ccan meet the technical requirements of the modified asphalt mixture.The incorporation of BRA can significantly improve the high-temperature stability,the water stability and the flexural tensile strength,and can influence on the low-temperature tensile capacity.Therefore,the BRA modified asphalt mixture has excellentpavement performances,and it is more suitable to be applied for the asphalt pavement of high-class highway in the southern humid and hot region.It is recommended that the suitable mixing amount of BRA is 2%~4%,and the optimum mixing amount is 3%.
