摘  要:通过PCR-DGGE技术分析了鄱阳湖不同河口底泥中微生物的组成和多样性。共回收28条DGGE条带,其中赣江底泥样本条带数最多,抚河样本条带数最少。Blast比对结果指出,这28条条带来源于放线菌门、变形菌门、醋杆菌门、绿弯菌门以及不可培养未知细菌。UPGMA聚类分析表明,不同河口底泥中微生物组成存在差异,赣江底泥样本中微生物组成与其他河口微生物组成差异最大。利用SPSS软件对环境因子和微生物的多样性进行相关性分析,结果表明,亚硝态氮与微生物的多样性(DGGE条带数)之间存在显著的正相关性,该研究结果证明了生境中环境因子会显著影响该生境中微生物种类组成和多样性,同时也进一步表明可以通过检测特定功能性微生物的组成和多样性从而间接的反映生境的环境变化。In this study, bacterial community compositions and diversities in seven different estuarine sediments of Poyang Lake were analyzed using PCR-DGGE method. A total of 28 bands was ob- tained, Gan River sample showed the most band numbers, and Fu River sample showed the least one. From sequence alignment results, we found that these sequences were belongs to phyla of Acti- nobacteria, Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria, Chloroflexi and uncultured bacteria. The UPGMA clustering analysis results showed bacterial composition differences between these seven different estuarine sed- iments, among them, the Gan River sample exhibited the most different bacterial composition. Fur- thermore ,based on Spearman's correlation analysis, a significant positive correlation between bacteri- al species diverisity and nitrite nitrogen concentration was observed. These results indicates that envi- ronmental physicochemical factors play important roles in nity compositions and diversities, and some bacteria could shifting and maintaining bacterial commu- provide a potential indicator of such envi-ronmental variation.
