摘　　要：身体评估是评价身体及其功能的系统过程,是医师和护士用于病人状态评估的有效的手段。随着药学监护的兴起和发展,身体评估已成为药学监护的重要组成部分。该文介绍在国外身体评估技能在临床药学教育中的应用,供我国药学院校参考和借鉴。Physical assessment is an organized systemic process employed by doctors and nurses to evalu- ate the body and its functions, thus accessing patient health condition. As the concept of pharmaceutical care has penetrated therapeutics, the application of physical assessment skills is now recognized as an im- portant part of effective drug therapy. This paper is to summarize the various applications of physical as- sessment skills in clinical pharmacy education around the world, and that it provides a reference for phar- macy schools in China.
