摘　　要：目的:探讨分娩致会阴三度裂伤的原因分析及预防措施。方法:分析8例产妇会阴三度裂伤的原因,以及如何产前产时做到正确有效的沟通及评估,提高产妇产时配合度来预防会阴三度裂伤的发生。结果:产前产时应做到有效沟通及正确评估产妇的配合度、会阴情况、胎儿大小,提高助产技术。结论:正确规范处理产程,及时发现会阴瘢痕情况,加强有效沟通,熟练掌握助产技术操作,有助于预防会阴三度裂伤的发生。Objective： Discussion on the reason analysis and preventive measures of labor induced three degree perinea laceration. Methods：analysis of the causes of 8 cases of maternal three degree perinea laceration, and how to achieve communication and evaluation of ante partum and intrapartum correctly and effectively, to prevent the occur-rence of three degree perinea laceration with increasing maternal. Results：ante partum and intrapartum should be fit, perineum, fetal size to effective communication and proper evaluation of maternal, improve midwife technique. Conclusion：the correct standardized processing, timely detection of perineal scar, effective communication, and mas-tery the midwifery technology operation, can help to prevent the occurrence of three-degree perineal laceration.
