护理干预对颅内动脉瘤患者临床康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对颅内动脉瘤显微手术后患者知觉、记忆、语言、智能等认知功能临床康复效果的影响。方法选取收治的80例颅内动脉瘤显微手术患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组采取常规护理;干预组实施认知护理干预,通过心理干预、认知功能训练、日常生活能力的训练,促使记忆力、注意力、思维能力的恢复,比较两组患者护理干预后MMSE评分以及患者对护理的满意度。结果干预组患者在认知功能恢复方面显著好于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05);干预组患者对护理的满意度显著高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论加强对颅内动脉瘤患者早期的护理干预,可加快患者认知功能的恢复,缩短康复进程,减少因神经功能等造成的后遗症,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of nursing intervention to patients＇ cognitive functions such as perception,memory,language,intelligence after microsurgery of intracranial aneurysms.Methods 80 intracranial aneurysm patients with microsurgery were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing care.The patients in intervention group were given cognitive nursing intervention.The ability of memory,attention and thinking were recovered by the training of the psychological intervention,the cognitive function training and activity of daily living,MMSE score and patients＇ satisfaction on nursing of two groups were compared after the nursing intervention.Results The aspect of cognitive function recovery of patients in intervention group was significantly better than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between 2groups（P〈0.05）.The patients＇ satisfaction of the intervention group on nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between 2groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strengthening the early nursing intervention to patients with intracranial aneurysms can accelerate the recovery of patients＇ cognitive function,shorten the rehabilitation process,reduce the sequelae caused by nerve function,and improve patients＇ life quality.
