摘　　要：血浆滤过透析(plasma diafiltration,PDF)是一种非生物型人工肝类血液净化技术,其原理是运用Evacure膜对血浆进行滤过透析,选择性的去除与肝衰竭发生有关的物质,保留凝血因子、肝细胞生长因子等有用物质,为肝细胞再生和肝功能恢复创造良好的条件。本文就肝衰竭血浆滤过透析的原理、应用进展、目前存在的问题和优势等进行综述,以供临床参考借鉴。Plasma diafiltration（PDF）is a blood purification therapy,that simple plasma exchange is performed with a membrane plasma separator（Evacure filter;Japan）while dialysate flows outside the hollow fibers.PDF can effectively remove the substances which may cause the hepatic failure,and retain blood coagulation factor,hepatocyte growth factor and other useful material.PDF is worked to maintain liver function in hepatic failure.Summarized the use of plasma diafiltration in hepatic failure,such as the principle,progress of application,existing problems and advantages.
