摘 要:以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为减阻剂,清水或卤水为流动介质,研究了PAM在清水及卤水管道中的减阻性能。结果表明,随着PAM浓度的增加,减阻率开始时显著增大,以后增加缓慢并趋于稳定值;随着雷诺数的增大减阻率逐渐增大,基本呈线性关系;温度对减阻率有较大影响,随着温度升高减阻率逐渐降低;含盐量对减阻率也有较大影响,随着含盐量增大减阻率明显降低;在温度和含盐量的双重影响下,减阻率下降更为明显。因此PAM是一种性能良好的清水管道减阻剂,但若将其用于深层地下卤水开采管道,必须对PAM进行改性,以增加其耐温和耐盐性能。The drag reduction performance of polyacrylamide (PAM) in water and brine pipeline have been studied. The results show that with the increase of the amount of PAM, drag reduction has increased obviously then leveling off. The drag reduction was gradually increased with the increase of Reynolds number, there was a linear relationship between them. Temperature and salinity both have great effects on drag reduction performance, the drag reduction decreased as the temperature and salinity increased. And decreased more apparent under the dual effects of temperature and salinity. PAM has a good drag reduction in water, but must improve the temperature-salt tolerance for the use in deep underground brine mining pipes.
