摘　　要：构建科学的高校教学质量评价体系是提升我国高校教学质量的重要环节,本文在提出了高校教学质量评价体系构建原则,从建立评教平台、建立教学质量评价指标体系、教学质量反馈机制、教学质量评价激励机制4个方面构建了高校教学质量评价体系。Building scientific university teaching quality evaluation system is an important part to enhance the university teaching quality. The paper proposes some principles in building university teaching quality evaluation system and brings forth that the construction of such a system is based on the establishment of teaching evaluation platform, teaching quality evaluation system,teaching quality feedback mechanism and teaching quality evaluation incentives.
