摘　　要：高校法律援助是一种开放式的法学实践教学方式,也是法律援助事业的组成部分,是实现应用型卓越法律人才培养的重要途径。当前,高校法律援助的发展面临诸多困境。要促进高校法律援助的可持续健康发展,必须深化认识,转变思路,积极探索高校——实务部门联合培养机制。Legal aid is an openly law practice teaching mode in college, and a part of the cause of the legal aid, and also an important way to train the application of excellent legal talents. At present, the development of college legal aid is facing many difficulties. In order to promote college legal aid developing sustainable and healthy, we must deepen the understanding, change in thinking, and actively explore the practice of college- department joint training mechanism.
