高脂血症伴牙周炎患者牙周临床参数、血清CRP、IL-6水平的检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高脂血症伴牙周炎患者牙周临床参数、血清中炎症因子白介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化。方法高脂血症合并牙周炎患者32例为(H+P)组;牙周炎患者38例为P组;高脂血症患者23例为H组;牙周健康且无全身系统性疾病的健康志愿者25例为N组。记录简化牙石指数、探诊出血阳性率、探诊深度、附着丧失。采用ELISA法检测血清炎症因子IL-6和CRP水平。结果 (H+P)组牙周组织检测指标显著高于P组、H组、N组(P<0.05);(H+P)组血清炎症因子IL-6和CRP显著高于N组、P组、H组(P<0.05)。结论较高的血脂水平与牙周炎的病变过程存在一定关联。Objective To explore the change of serum C-reactive protein（ CRP） and interleukin-6（ IL- 6） levels and periodontal indexes in patients with hyperlipidemia and periodontitis.Methods A total of 32 patients with hyperlipidemia and periodontitis were selected as group（ H ＋P）,38 patients with periodontitis were selected as group P,23 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as group H and 25 healthy volunteers were selected as group N. The calculus index-simplified,bleeding on probing,probing depth and attachment loss were recorded. Enzyme-Linked Immuno-sorbent Assay（ ELISA） was used to measure the levels of IL-6 and CRP. Results The values of periodontal indexes in the group（ H ＋ P） were significantly higher than those in the group P,the group H and the group N（ P〈0. 05）. Levels of IL-6 and CRP in the group（ H ＋ P） were significantly higher than those in the group P,the group H and the group N（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between hyperlipidemia and pathological process of periodontitis.
