摘　　要：Clusterin(CLU)是一种凋亡相关蛋白,广泛存在于人体的各种组织和体液中,在多种病理生理过程中都发挥重要作用。研究表明CLU表达上调与多种肿瘤发生有关。在膀胱癌的研究中发现,CLU与其发生发展及预后有着密切的联系,并且以CLU为靶点的治疗也取得一定的效果。本文就近年来CLU在膀胱癌中的研究进展作一综述。Clusterin（CLU）is a kind of apoptosis-related protein.It is expressed by a wide variety of tissues and found in all human fluids and implicates in many physiologic and pathophysiologic processes.The overexpression of CLU plays an important role in tumor development and progression.CLU is closely related with the development,progression and prognosis of bladder cancer.The treatments targeting CLU have also made some achievements.In this paper,we reviewed and summarized the research of CLU in bladder cancer in recent years.
