摘 要:目的探讨人脑胶质瘤组织中真核翻译起始因子3c(e IF3c)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP技术检测83例人脑胶质瘤组织及25例正常人脑组织中e IF3c蛋白的表达情况,并分析e IF3c蛋白表达与脑胶质瘤临床病理特征的关系。结果人脑胶质瘤组织中e IF3c阳性表达率显著高于正常人脑组织(χ2=57.02,P=0.00<0.01),其表达与患者的年龄、性别、部位及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05),与脑胶质瘤恶性程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 e IF3c在人脑胶质瘤组织中存在过度表达,可能在脑胶质瘤的发生发展机制中发挥着重要作用,有望成为脑胶质瘤分子治疗新的靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of the eukaryotic translation initiation factor subunit c ( eIF3c) and its clinical significance in human glioma .Methods The immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of eIF 3c protein in 83 cases of glioma and 25 cases of normal cerebral tissue .The relationship between eIF3c expression and the clinicopathological parameters in glioma was analyzed .Results The positive expression rate of eIF 3c in glioma was significantly higher than that of normal cerebral tissue (χ2=57.02, P=0.00〈0.01).The expression of eIF3c was not related to age, gender, region, tumor size(P〈0.05), but related to the malignant degree of glioma(P〈0.05).Conclusion The eukaryotic translation initiation factor subunit c (eIF3c) is highly expressed in human glioma tissues and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of glioma .It may be a new marker and serve as a potential therapeutic target for glioma .
