血浆Hs-CRP,LP-PLA2水平与TIA患者预后的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨短暂性脑缺血发作（ TIA）患者血浆高敏C反应蛋白（ hs-CRP）、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2（ LP-PLA2）水平与患者预后的关系。方法收集2013年1月～2014年6月诊断为初发的TIA患者（平时未常规服用任何药物）100例，设为观察组；取性别、年龄与观察组患者匹配的50例健康体检者，设为对照组。检测2组血清LP-PLA2，Hs-CRP水平，并进行对照。结果 TIA组的患者血清 hs-CRP，LP-PLA2水平显著高于正常健康组（P＜0．01）；血清hs-CRP，LP-PLA2水平与TIA患者的预后程度成正相关（P＜0．05），预后越差者 hs-CRP， LP-PLA2水平含量越高。结论 hs-CRP，LP-PLA2水平与 TIA 患者的病情严重程度相关，提示hs-CRP，LP-PLA2水平持续升高者易转为脑梗死，对其进行检测和干预有助于对TIA患者预后的判断和改善。Objective To study the relationship between the levels of serum hs-CRP, LP-PLA2 and the prognosis of TIA.Methods One hundred patients（ There is no history of medicine） with newly diagnosed transient ische-mic attack from February 2013 to June 2014 were selected as observation group.Another 50 cases healthy subjects whose age and sex matched with the observation group were viewed as control group.The serum level of hs-CRP,LP-PLA2 of both groups were compared.Results The levels of hs-CRP,LP-PLA2 in TIA group were significantly higher than that in normal group（ P〈0.01） ,the levels of Hs-serum CRP,Lp-PLA2 were negatively associated with the degree of the prog-nosis of patients with TIA（P〈0.05）.The higher the Hs-serum CRP,Lp-PLA2,the worse the prognosis.Conclusion The levels of hs CRP,Lp PLA2 were associated with the disease severity of TIA patients,saying that the patients with risinghs CRP,Lp PLA2 level are easily transformed into cerebral infarction and the test and interferation of such index willhelp to judge and improve the prognosis.
